The territory is exclusive (no other Betterclean Services franchisee can operate there) and covers Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas. The client base is a mixture of professional firms, local offices and retailers.
There are currently 19 employees in place, including a management team which will ensure a seamless transition to the new owner. The team includes a mobile operational supervisor, one of the key positions for the day-to-day running of the business.
The business comes with substantial support from Betterclean head office, with training for the new owner and new staff available on everything from HR to technology systems. There will be a handover period with head office staff supporting the new owner to hit the ground running. An ongoing, comprehensive support structure covers all aspects of running, and growing, the business.
