We set-up your own Betterclean Services Geographic telephone number to ensure convenience and continuity of service. In addition to this number, you will also have access to 24/7 call handling for those times when you are unable to get to the phone*.
A comprehensive Operations Manual will be supplied that details the A-Z of the business method. It is copyright material and is on loan to you for the duration of the legal contract.

Business Development Scheme
To give you the best start to your business we provide you with a guaranteed £200,000 of business enquiries within the first 12 months of trading. Couple this with the Business Development Support provided by Betterclean Services and you are sure to start on the right track.
Online marketing will be carried out on your behalf for the duration of your business. In addition to this, the production of promotional material, incentive schemes and other marketing activities will be provided by Head Office from time to time.
Employment Law & Health Safety Support**
Betterclean Services have partnered with CITATION for the provision of Employment Law and Health & Safety support. Franchise Owners have direct access 24 hours a day 7 days a week to advisors of both employment law and health and safety meaning that the correct up to date advise is always on hand.
BLISS (Betterclean Logistical Information Software System)
Betterclean Services Franchising has invested heavily in the production of a bespoke software system which is supplied for the duration of your Franchise. The system incorporates database software for the effective management of clients, staff records and time- keeping records. BLISS makes the management and administration of the business simple and efficient allowing you to spend more time on growing the business. Your initial fee includes two user licences***
