What your initial training includes
Every new Betterclean Services franchise owner completes a structured induction programme before launch.
Training is delivered in a mix of classroom-style sessions, practical exercises, and system walkthroughs, so you leave with a clear picture of what to do in your first weeks and months.

Learn how leads are generated, and how to handle enquiries, conduct site visits, create proposals, and convert opportunities into ongoing contracts.
Recruitment and people management
Finding, onboarding and managing cleaning staff and supervisors, including expectations, performance and HR processes.

Hands-on training in the Betterclean Services systems and tools used to manage clients, staff, time and administration.
