Operational Structure

The territory is exclusive (no other Betterclean Services franchisee can operate there) and covers Coventry and the surrounding areas including Nuneaton, Bedworth, Hinckley, Rugby and Kenilworth. The client base is a mixture of professional firms, local offices, doctors and dental surgeries.

There are currently 15 employees in place, including a mobile cleaner. The current management team will ensure a seamless transition to the new owner. 

The business comes with substantial support from Betterclean Services head office, with training for the new owner and new staff available on everything from HR to technology systems. There will be a handover period from the existing owner, along with head office support and training allowing the new owner to hit the ground running. An ongoing, comprehensive support structure covers all aspects of running, and growing, the business.
