Exclusive Territory
All Betterclean Services Franchise Owners operate within an exclusive territory with huge potential for growth. We have mapped the UK in a way that ensures each territory has the same potential and this has resulted in each territory consisting of around 17000 business. To put this into perspective, the Head Office operation achieved an annual turnover of over £750,000 with just over 100 customers.
Training
There are Two stages to the training, Operating the Business and Delivering the Service.
Operating the Business
Our comprehensive training programme consists of a five-day residential all-inclusive programme. This focuses on understanding the market, selling Betterclean Services, covering all sales, marketing and administrative systems, together with the essential quality assurance procedures, maintaining standards and how to undertake and service the needs of our clients.
This is a very thorough and wide-ranging training programme which will ensure that the Franchise Owner is equipped with essential knowledge, information, facts and comprehension to maximise the opportunities for the business.
Delivering the Service
This training has been developed to provide newly appointed Supervisors with the knowledge and practical experience needed to effectively deliver the service to your clients. The training is carried out over two days at our Operation in Torquay and consists of both theory and practical training in cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, standards and Health & Safety. This training must be attended by the Franchise Owner and/or their Supervisor.
Business Development Scheme
To give you the best start to your business we provide you with £150,000 of confirmed Business Appointments within the first 12 months of trading. Couple this with the Business Development Support provided by Betterclean Services and you are sure to start on the right track.
BLISS (Betterclean Logistical Information Software System)
Betterclean Services Franchising have invested heavily in the production and ongoing development of a bespoke software system, which is supplied for the duration of your Franchise. The system incorporates database software, two user licenses, the effective management of clients, staff records and time-keeping records. BLISS makes the management and administration of the business simple and efficient allowing the Franchise Owner to spend more time on growing the business. Website
You will have your own contact page on the corporate website which will be personalised to you and your business. This helps with SEO and Google rankings which are managed by our Marketing team at Head Office. You will also receive a dedicated bettercleanservices.co.uk email address to enhance brand continuity.
Marketing*
Online marketing will be carried out on your behalf for the duration of your business. In addition to this, the production of promotional material, incentive schemes and other marketing activities will be provided by Head Office from time to time.
Employment Law & Health & Safety Support*
Betterclean Services have partnered with a company called CITATION for the provision of Employment Law and Health & Safety support. Franchise Owners have direct access 24 hours a day 7 days a week to advisors of both employment law and health and safety meaning that the correct up to date advise is always on hand. In addition to the support line, there is access to ATLAS software which assists with the administration side of health & safety and staff employment.
Licence Fee
This is the worth of the Betterclean Services total business system as it will operate in any given area.
Vehicle**
The package provides for the initial down-payment rental and ongoing preferential terms with a major commercial supplier. Also included is fully livery of the vehicle.
