At Betterclean Services, we'd rather show you than tell you. That's why we take part in the WorkBuzz Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark programme, an independent survey that asks our franchisees, anonymously, what they actually think.

This year, the results came back. And we're proud to say we've been recognised with not one, but two WorkBuzz awards.

The 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction accreditation is awarded to franchise brands who score above the industry average across five key areas that WorkBuzz measures. It's based entirely on what franchisees report when asked directly about their experience.

Alongside the 5 Star award, we've also been recognised with the WorkBuzz Continuous Improvement award. This one is given to franchise brands who have improved their franchisee satisfaction scores across three consecutive annual surveys.

A single good result could be a good year. Three years of improvement in a row is something else, it reflects a genuine, sustained commitment to listening to franchisees and acting on what they tell us.
